We have published "Shape Up: a School Community Approach to Influencing the Determinants of Childhood Overweight and Obesity, Lessons Learnt", a report written by the Danish School of Education (researchers Assoc Prof. Venka Simovska and Prof Bjarne Bruun Jensen).

The purpose of this report is to provide a synthesis of the project overall evaluation documentation, with a view to systematically review and discuss lessons learnt, and to suggest recommendations concerning future practice and policy in the area of preventing childhood overweight and obesity.

Last but not least, on 30th March 2009 the Shape Up Final Report with its 9 big annexes was sent to the European Commission. This report contains all the Shape Up actions developed during the last three years. Many thanks to all who contributed to make this possible!
